We use the information we collect to: process waitlist signups, communicate about our product and services, improve our website and offerings, and comply with legal obligations.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and business, subject to confidentiality agreements.

HIPAA Compliance
Alora is actively working toward full HIPAA compliance. Our product architecture is designed from the ground up to meet HIPAA requirements for protecting patient health information (PHI).
Our commitment
Our platform is being built with HIPAA compliance as a core requirement. This means:
- End-to-end encryption for all patient communications and data
- PHI remains in your practice management system at all times
- Access controls and audit logging for every interaction
- Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) will be available to all practices
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing
Data handling
Alora processes patient information solely for the purpose of scheduling appointments and handling patient communications. We do not retain PHI independently. All patient data is written directly to your practice management system via our Dentrix integration.
